Class Descriptions

Aerobic Strength & Fitness: Exercise to improve your cardio and muscle tone.
Aquatics Exercise: Total body exercise in the water.
Balance Class: Learn and perform specific exercises that target all systems of balance.
Barre Above:
Fusing the best of pilates, yoga, aerboics and elements of strengthening exercises.
Core Strength, Stability & Flexibility: This class primarily uses body weight to build core strength, stability and flexibility.
Line Dancing: Have fun learning popular line dances while exercising the body and the brain.
Low Impact Aerobics:
Utilizes various low impact routines. Free to members. Non-members- $39 for six weeks.
Silver Sneakers: Exercise program designed exclusively for seniors. Provided by Independence Blue Cross
Tai Chi: "Golden Breath" style. Call to check availability.
Yoga: Gentle, basic yoga program for beginners.

All programs available to Fitness Center members.
