Holy Redeemer recently became aware of an alleged check fraud scheme originating from fictitious companies; Universal Trust and Finance, Inc., and Trustnet, a Financial Express company; that issued letters accompanied by counterfeit checks with Holy Redeemer’s name. Holy Redeemer is in no way associated with Universal Trust and Finance, Inc. or Trustnet, a Financial Express company, and was not a party to these mailings. Upon discovery of the alleged fraud perpetrated by the aforementioned companies, we took steps to curtail the fraudulent activities and notified the appropriate authorities. We ask that anyone who received either of these mailings contact our Finance Department at 215-856-1129.
